DWS FOUNDER & EVENT PLANNER
DWS Italy was born from a lifelong passion for weddings and a deep-rooted connection to the Italian wedding industry. Founded by Gaia, DWS is the result of years of hands-on experience grown in one of Italy’s most iconic destinations: Lake Como. Gaia grew up immersed in the world of weddings, with her mother managing two wedding venues. From an early age, she developed an insider understanding of how venues operate, how events are truly coordinated behind the scenes, and what it takes to deliver flawless celebrations.
As she grew professionally, Gaia focused on developing and managing the international wedding market for both locations, working closely with foreign couples planning their destination wedding in Italy. This experience shaped the philosophy behind DWS Italy: offering expert wedding planning, coordination, and venue scouting services tailored specifically to couples planning their wedding from abroad.
Today, DWS Italy is a team of four dedicated wedding planners, working across Italy to create authentic, seamless destination weddings.
